<br />To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee Greetings:
<br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed
<br />to notify and summons the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee, who are qualified to vote
<br />in the elections, to meet at the Toon Hall on Thursday, April 3, 1975 at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />to act on the articles contained in the following warrant:
<br />Article 1: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to make application,
<br />accept and implement a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Com-
<br />munity Development Block Grant and to execute the application and/or any and all
<br />other documents necessary for foregoing grant; such grant to be 100% grant to the Town.
<br />Submitted by Board of Selectmen and Mashpee Council on Aging.
<br />Article 2: To see if the Town vote to take from available funds the sum of $3,050
<br />foe the salary of the Building Inspector, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975•
<br />Submitted by Personnel Board,
<br />Article 3: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to enter into
<br />a contract to construct in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by
<br />architects, a police station on town -owned land north of Route 151, or take any other
<br />action thereon.
<br />Submitted by Mashpee Municipal Building Needs Committee.
<br />Article 4: To see if the Townoill vote to authorize the Selectmen to enter into a
<br />contract to construct in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Architects,
<br />a fire station on town -owned land north of Route 151, or take any other action thereon.
<br />Submitted by the Mashpee Municipal Building Needs Committee.
<br />Article 5: To see if the Toon will vote to authorize the Selectmen to enter into a
<br />contract to construct in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by
<br />Architects, a highway department garage on town -owned land north of Route 151, or
<br />take any other action thereon.

<br />Article 6: To see if the Toon will appropriate a sum of money for constructing,
<br />originally equipping and furnishing a police station, fire station and highway
<br />department garage, and determine whether the same shall be raised by borrowing or
<br />otherwise, or take any other action thereon.

<br />Article 7: To see if the Town will vote to accept an easement from Fields Point
<br />Manufacturing Co, for all purposes for which easements are commonly used within the
<br />Town of Mashpee, including the installation and use of utilities on and over the
<br />following described land:
<br />WESTERLY By land now or formerly of John H. Brooks, Jr., as shown on hereinafter
<br />mentioned plan, two hundred ninety and 82/100 (290.82) feet;
<br />NORTHERLY By land of the Town of Mashpee, as shown on said plan, three hundred
<br />and 00/100 (300.00) feet;
<br />EASTERLY and
<br />NORTHEASTERLY B yland of Fields Point Manufacturing Co., as shown on said plan,
<br />thirty and 00/100 (30.00) feet, and four hundred and 00/100 (400.00) feet, more or less,
<br />respectively; and
<br />SOUTHERLY By Route 151, so-called, as shown on said plan, five hundred and
<br />' 00/100 (500.00) feet.
<br />Said parcel is delineated on a plan of land entitled, "Pole Locations, Mashpee
<br />Municipal Complex, Mashpee, Mass., Scale 1 in.= 30 ft., October, 1974, Barnes Engineering
<br />Company, Inc., 411 Lexington Street, Auburndale, Mass."

<br />Said easement shall entitle the Town:
<br />to build, maintain and use two driveways running approximately
<br />north and south over said area, the paved parts of said driveways not to be closer,
<br />than twenty (20) feet from the side lines of daid easements; to build, maintain and
<br />use walkways;
<br />to improve said area by selectively clearing, brushing,
<br />planting and landscaping;
<br />to install park benches and other improvements customarily
<br />situated in park areas.
