Continued <br />Page 16 <br />May 12, 1975 <br />333 <br />Article 82: To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to contract with <br />the New Bedford Gas and Edison Light Company to install and maintain the following <br />street lights (standard lumens). <br />1) 1 light on Monomoscoy Road Pole #127-19A <br />2) 2 lights on Redbrook Road, corner of Seabrook Village Poles #6/7 & 125/7 <br />3) 1 light Elinors Cove at Route 130 Pole #57 <br />4) 1 light DeGrasse Road off Red Brook Road Pole #25 <br />5) 1 light DeGrasse Road into Mack's Shady Pine Guest House Pole #8 <br />6) 1 light Collins Lane Pole #3 <br />7) 1 light Great Neck Road, corner of Donna's Lane Pole #22M-258 UMP <br />8) 1 light on Great Neck Road Pole #38. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 82 as read. So voted. <br />Article 83: To see if the Town will vote to authorize and direct the Selectmen <br />to execute, acknowledge, seal and deliver an agreement in recordable form with <br />New Seabury Corporation (formerly Popponessett Corp) remodifying the restrictions <br />contained in a deed from Popponessett Corp. to the Town, dated July 13, 1964, and duly <br />recorded (as modified by an agreement with New Seqbury Corp. dated December 27, 1971, <br />and duly recorded, so that (a) the number of dwelling units permitted in Section 6 <br />on the plan referred to in the deed shall be increased from 21 to 27, (b) the number of <br />dwelling units permitted in the combined Sections 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 <br />shall be reduced form 1,627 to 1,621 and (c) the commercial areas permitted in <br />Sections 6, 7, and 8 shall be eliminated by reducing the number of square feet of <br />commercial area permitted in each of said sections from 2,000 square feet to <br />0 square feet; or will take any other action relative thereto. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Motion did not <br />carry. Article defeated. <br />Article 84: To act on any other business that may legally come before said <br />meeting. <br />ACTION: No other business acted upon. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 p.m. on May 13, 1975. <br />And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies <br />thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office; and one each on the bulletin <br />boards, seven days at least before said meeting. <br />Hereof fail not and make returns of this warrant with your doings thereon to <br />the Town Clerk at the time and place of said meeting. <br />Given under our hands this 23rd day of April, in the year of our Lord one <br />thousand nine hundred and seventy-five. <br />A true copy attest: <br />Vernon A.
