To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Highway Department Clerical Wage Account to the Full -Time Salary Account the sum of $0600.00 to provide for payment to the Secretary/Dispatcher. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Revenue Sharing Account to the Snow &Ice Account the sum of $ , or take any other action thereon. SUBMITTED BY THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WITH CORRECT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE INSERTED Action: It was moved and seconded Article 16 be amended by the insertion of the sum of $38,000. To see if the Town will vote to increase the membership of the Airport Commission from three (3) members to five (5) members, or take any other action thereon. It is a VOTE ARTICLE 18: To see if the Town will vote to take from the Revenue Sharing Account the sum of $2,500.00 to establish an Airport Commission 'Expense Account; said sum to be used for administrative expenses and to decelop a manual for operation of fidcal procedures for joint civic use of Otis Air Force Base, or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Revenue Sharing Account the sum of $ for"labor involved for the removal of the existing floor in the maintenance building at the Disposal Area and installation of a 10'x 10' overhead commercial door, or take any other action thhreon. SUBMITTED BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WITH AN AMOUNT OF $1,600 (and an amendment spelling out the puposes for which it may be expended) Action: Moved and seconded to amend Article 19 as follows: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Revenue Sharing Account the sum of $1,600.00 for the removal of the existing floor, installation ofa.-.0!x 10_aoverhead commercial door, and certain renovations and roof repairs in the maintenance building at the disposal area. Passed unanimously as amended. 'ARTICLE 20 . To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Revenue Sharing Account the sum of 02,000.00 to the Assessors Expense & Updating Maps Account for additional expenses for data processing, or take any other action thereon, SUBMITTED BY THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WITH AN AMOUNT OF $1,500.
