470 Ze <br />Annual Town Meeting -15- May 7, 1979 <br />C <br />Article 39 continued <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will <br />vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $7,000.00 for the pur- <br />pose of constructing an Anaerobic Septage Treatment Lagoon as <br />required by the Department of Environmental Quality Engineering. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 40. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- <br />priate or take from available funds an additional sum of money <br />for the purpose of making an Hydraulic Study of the Disposal ' <br />Facility as required by the Department of Environmental Quality <br />Engineering, or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will <br />vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $15,600.00 for the pur- <br />pose of making an Hydraulic Study of the Disposal Facility, as <br />required by the Department of Environmental Quality Engineering. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 41. To see if the Town will vote to increase the part- <br />time position of the Board of Health Clerk to Full-time and to <br />raise and appropriate, or transfer from available funds, a sum <br />of money to pay the salary in accordance with the Salary Admini- <br />stration Plan, or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to Indefinitely Postpone. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 42. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to <br />appoint a full-time Director for the Mashpee Senior,Citizens' <br />Community Center and to further raise and appropriate or trans- <br />fer from available funds the sum of $7,727.00, or any other sum, <br />as salary for said Director, or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to take from Revenue Shar- <br />ing the sum of $3,863.50 for salary of six (6) months for said <br />Director. Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 43. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the hiring <br />of one additional full-time Clerk/Secretary for the Police Depart- <br />ment and raise and appropriate, or transfer from available funds, <br />a sum of money to pay the salary in accordance with the Salary <br />Administration Plan or take any other action thereon. <br />.ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 43 to <br />read: <br />To see if the Town will authorize the hiring of one addi ' <br />tional fulltime Secretary/Dispatcher for the Police Department <br />and raise and appropriate the sum of $3,120.39 to be applied to <br />the Police Department's Clerical Wages Account to pay for the <br />salary in accordance with the Salary Administration Plan. <br />Motion carried as amended. <br />ARTICLE 44. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- <br />priate or transfer from available funds a sum of money for the <br />purpose of performing engineering services needed toddefine the <br />boundaries and layout of Hooppole Road, or take any other action <br />thereon. I ACTION: Motion made and seconded to -Indefinitely Postpone. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 45. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and direct <br />the Selectmen to execute, acknowledge, seal and deliver an agree- <br />ment in recordable form with New Seabury Corporation (formerly, <br />Popponesset Corporation) remodifying the restrictions contained <br />in a.deed from Popponesset Corporation to the Town, dated July 13, <br />1964, and duly recorded (as modified by an agreement with New <br />Seabury Corporation dated December 27, 1971, and duly recorded), <br />
