ACTION: Motion made that the Article be accepted as printed. Motion carried unanimously. . ARTICLE 46. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money for Project Help of Cape Cod, said sum to be under the control of the Board of Selectmen, or take any other action thereon. ACTION, Motion made and seconded that Article 46 be Indefinitely Postponed. Motion carried. ARTICLE 47. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of $2,000.00 as provided in.the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 5, (Clause 39), to help de- fray the expenses in providing facilities for training rehab- ilitation and employment of mentally retarded and handicapped residents of the Town of Mashpee employed at Nauset Workshop, Inc., Hyannis, Massachusetts, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded that Article 47 be In- definitely Postponed. 160 yes and 50 no --Indefinitely Postponed. ARTICLE 48. To see iftthe Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money to help defray the expenses of the Cape Cod Council on Alcoholism, said funds to be under the control of the Board of Selectmen, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town ' will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of $500.00 to help defray the expenses of the Cape Cod Council on Alcoholism, said funds to be under the control of the Board of Selectmen. Motion carried. 151 yes - 58 no. ARTICLE 50. To act on any other business that may legally come before said meeting. Motion made and seconded that the Annual Town Meeting at this time, 10:00 p.m., be adjourned. Motion carried. And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, fourteen days at least before said meeting. Hereof fail not and make returns of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of said meeting.
