Paul Andrews made a motion that the Director of Assessing send a letter stating that the Board of <br />Assessors had no jurisdiction to approve Kevin Andrade's request unless an abatement application is <br />filed within 30 days from receipt of the letter requesting the application. Gregg Fraser seconded the <br />motion. Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of <br />(2-0-1) with Holzer absent. <br />• 2015 Motor Vehicle Abatement Application for Paul P. Fraser <br />Abatement application review tabled to the next Board of Assessors meeting. <br />• 2014 Supplemental Bill Abatement Application — Paul & Rita Dussault, 35 Twin Oaks Drive; <br />2014 Supplemental Bill Abatement Application — Francis & Elaine Hallice, 23 Twin Oaks Drive <br />Jason Streebel stated that the Dussault's and the Hallice's both received a supplemental tax bill triggered by <br />the Certificate of Occupancy for a basement finish. But because the units themselves had recently been <br />finished they both were taxed twice for the units. Jason Streebel recommended approval of the two <br />abatement applications. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion to approve the Supplemental Bill Abatement application received from Paul & <br />Rita Dussault, 35 Twin Oaks Drive. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, <br />yes; Gregg Fraser, yes.
