The motion was unanimously approved. <br />DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />- Jason Streebel reported that he is now in the process of reviewing the 2014 property sales for <br />2016 evaluation. <br />- May 4, 2015 Town Meeting Warrants # 20, 21,22 are included in the May 4, 2015 Town Meeting <br />report submitted by the Assessing Department recommending adoption of provisions to <br />Chapter 59 of Mass. General Laws regarding Senior Citizen and Disabled Veterans <br />exemptions. <br />- Mashpee has three PILOT (Payments in Lieu of Taxes) properties: Breezy Acres; Great Cove <br />Community, and Asher's Path LLC. <br />-Vacation Schedule: Jason Streebel will be on vacation from April 21 through April 24, 2015. <br />NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Board of Assessors was scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 6:00 PM, <br />meeting room location to be announced. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />As there was no further business, Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
