Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors deny the Personal Property abatement <br />application from Mashpee Care & Rehab. Center, Mashpee Healthcare LLC, listed in Report # PP <br />02252015-D. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors deny the Veterans Real Estate exemption <br />application from Myles Lamson of 35 10-D Santuit Pond Way because he does not meet the <br />requirement for exemption as a Mashpee resident for 5 years. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the Board of Assessors grant approval of the 17 Real Estate <br />abatement applications listed in report #RE -022515-G, using the Board signature stamps, beginning <br />with the name Roberson, Douglas C, and ending with the name Disanzo, Anthony V Trustee. Paul <br />Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Board of Assessors was scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2015, 6:00 PM <br />at Mashpee Town Hall. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />As there was no further business, Paul Andrews made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion.
