-14-
Paulinei Yes.
Charles: Then that would be the 5th of January.
Pauline: As of today, dated December 28, 1979. I have received a letter from Chris
Kuebler. In accordance with the order of conditions, they are commencing on the
project immediately and will continue until such time as the sufficient fill has
been placed on the golf course embankment.
Pauline: In the file I found over here we have issued a Certificate of Compliance
for SE43-45 for New Seabury. They refer to it as 75. Dig out 45 and 75. We will have
to check on that.
Pauline: We have to have articles for the town warrant in by February 4 and the',town
report in by February 11. One article I would like to put in for money for mileage
for certain people on the conservation commission travelling around town to double
check. All in agreement?
Charles: We can go for it but you need a change in the town by-laws.
Dorothy: You would have to submit an article to amend the by-law which covers payment
of travel fees to include the Chairman of the Conservation Commission or her designee.
Respectfully submitted,
Marilyn Amen
Secretary to Conservation
Commission
