Pauline: We issued an order of conditions, Section 30 (5) and I still haven't got it so I called Mr. Anderson of DEaE and he said you should have propose deck limited to 10 x 24 feet. We didn't get revised plans. Barbara: He was supposed to come in for an amended Order of Conditions and he never did. Pauline: All disturbed areas shall be revegetated within thirty days following com- pletion of construction. Board talks about new proposed town by-laws. With the exception of two corrections in spelling, they decide to make no changes from the old by-law. Pauline: On February 28 I meet with the finance committee. I£ anybody wants to come, they are welcome. The time is 8:30. The board discusses its expenses and the wages for the secretary. Also reimbursement for mileage for the chairperson is talked about. South Cape Beach Parking Lot The designated spot to dump oil spillage. I talked with a Phil Mpa - and as it stands now a Pliofilm will be spread over it. Then it hill be moved off Cape. $1870000 has been designated for the Cape, On February 6, there will be a Coastal Energy Impact Workshop Program at the Bourne Court House for grant and loan application. There will be $400,000 worth of grants available. Lot #241 Pauline: This is a determination to see whether it is a buildable lot. (114 feet deep 80 feet on the water side and 118 feet on the street side) It is all pine trees. Barbara and her abutting owner own the lot. Charlie and I went down Thursday morning and looked at it. Charles: It is buildable. All that we can say that within the Wetlands Act that prop- erty may be used for building on, Dorothy: We shouldn't be asked to see if it is buildable or not. Barbara: Does it apply to 16.19? Pauline: Yes, it is the determination of this board that it is buildable.
