P. Canning <br /> A copy of a letter from Holmes & McGrath on J. P. Canning for the bank building on Rte. <br /> 28 was received. That was indefinitely postponed at town meeting. <br /> Secretary's Wages <br /> A letter was received from Nancy Blakeman, Finance Committee. They are recommending <br /> $4.82 as an hourly rate for the Personnel Board's part-time secretary. Suggesting we <br /> review our budget in light of the above. <br /> Another letter was received from John Peters of the Personnel Board stating that they <br /> have recommended an hourly salary rate of $5.14 for Board Secretaries as of July 1 , 1980. <br /> A rate of $4.14 was the budgetted amount. A memo was sent to both of the above boards <br /> asking them what is the definite amount. <br /> Sanchez's Property <br /> A letter was received from Town Council dated May 5, 1980. The letter refers to excerpts <br /> of Chapter 131 , Section 40 -- if the Conservation Commission has failed to hold a hearing <br /> within the twenty-one day period as required or if the Commission after holding such a <br /> hearing has failed within twenty-one days therefrom to issue an Order, the applicant may, <br />
