We have received
the number from DEQE, however, there has been no recommendations on what to check on.
Did you notify the abutters?
Mr. Hayden: Yes, they were all notified.
Barbara: How far is the deck from the mean high water?
Mr. Hayden: About 30 to 40 feet.
Wayne: This is the wall that I built six or seven years ago.
Pauline: And it is still holding.
Mr. Angiari: We are just about 30 feet from that wall.
Barbara: There is a dock there?
Mr. Hayden: There are pilings currently in the water.
Barbara: Is that shared with the other lot?
Mr. Hayden: I don't believe so at least in the representation that Mr. Germeshausen
has made to us.
Ken: If you are going to put in 175 cubic yards of gravel, how far in frontof the
house are you putting that?
Mr. Angiari: We are putting it in to improve the looks of the house.
Wayne: Has the Board of Health seen this?
Mr. Hayden: The Board of Health has approved the plan.
Mr. Angiari: A copy of a letter from the Board of Health was submitted. Also con-
tacted the Army Corps of Engineers. We do not need Section 404 for the work as des-
cribed.
Air. Hayden: The permit that was issued very clearly states that.
