-3-
Wayne: Yes.
Ken: Will anybody be home at your house tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
Airs. Alicandro: Yes, I will be there.
Ken: I will try to be down there around 5:30 p.m. to take a look and if I can't make
it, I will call you.
Pauline: I was the lady that was down there with my husband.
Airs. Alicandro: Yes.
Charles: You are going to lose your property on the river. You have stayed within
the letter of the law in so far as the conservation easement over the bank, but you
have clipped everything there. Currently, you are suffering undercutting of your
whole frontal area. And that undercut is primarily because you removed the brush that
was there originally. I would suggest to you that you consult with nursery people or
something in order to out some root growth back. Currently, the way that I have looked
at it, you have lost 21, feet in the last year. And that is going to keep up and become
increasingly worse,
Mrs. Alicandro: My husband is going to do something. Our son is a Chief Environmental-
ist and my husband is going to work something out with him,
Charles: We will- have tobeadvised when .you do that.
Mrs. Alicandro_:_- Yes. We will take any of your suggestions. . Is shrubbery growth all
right?-
Charles: Yes, you are going to -have_to find something-to -replace--what you..took-away.
When you "took-that away, you exposed every-thing to- the ice-and.water=currents-and what-
not And it is just slicing everything out from under.
Mrs. Alicandro: Anytime you people would like to come down and I am sure you would ap-
preciate it -- every day we have a flock of- Canadian geese that sit-on-the mound. .- I -
wished that-you- had seen the trash that-we cleaned out of there.-- -You would not- believe
it..- In fact,_ there. were fellows-working on the house at the time.-.There were cans,- -
beer bottles. You-name it. There were at least six trash barrelsandthey- couldn't be-
lieve it. Everyday my husband would go out. In- fact, the Canadian geese know him. -
There must be at least 20 of them.- In- fact, if they don 't-see -him- come out, they walk
half way up. You see we throw them little nieces of bread now and then. . They are there
every day. One morning they were there at 4 o'clock. They woke us up. And there is
also a sea gull that comes there all the time. To me that is beautiful.
Ken: I think we are all set.
Wayne: We will take it under advisement. On the orders of conditions, revegetation on
that slope.
Charles : Revegetation and the dock itself will have to have space boards. According
to the print there, it, is solid.
Pauline: Do you believe that you own th=..t property out to the marsh?
