COI �;riiVATION 30ArL0 MV�ETiNC <br /> OCTOBER 8, 1980 <br /> Present: <br /> Kenneth Pecci, Chairman <br /> Charles Buckingham <br /> Wayne Tavares <br /> The hearing was called to order shortly after 7:30p.m. <br /> S�E43-1 Lb <br /> Shirley & Stanley Hutchins <br /> Agent: Malcolm Hunter of Cotuit <br /> Timber Lane Drive, Santuit Pond <br /> Ken: Reads the Notice of Intent -- to add to an existing dwelling a wing which <br /> will be 12' x 16 ' and a deck which will be 10' x 12' and to install a septic <br /> system. <br /> Air. Hunter: ;May I make a point here? I don't know where that 100 feet step is, <br /> but the septic system is well in 'back of the 100 foot line. <br /> Ken: But the construction is within 100 feet. <br /> Mr.- Hunter: The building is an old building that is within the 100 foot boundary. <br /> Ken: Do you have any plans that you want to show us now? <br /> Mr. Hunter: You have everything that we gave you. <br /> Ken_: What is the closest that anything will be to the shore line? <br /> Mr. Hutchins: The existing porch of the building which has probably been there <br /> about fifty years is about 25 feet from the water. . <br /> Ken: Andwhatis the closest construction? <br /> Mr. Hutchins: The extension that we are going to put on is probably 35 to 40 feet. <br /> Mr. Hunter: Remember, this is sitting up on a 50 foot elevation from the water. <br /> Wayne: You do not have here where the house is in location to the water, do you? <br /> Mr. Hutchins: I would say 25 feet from water. <br /> i•ayne: We need a more descriptive plan of that to show exactly where the house is <br /> situated. The addition is on the water side, is that right? <br /> Nr. Hutchins: The house faces the water. The addition is on the side. <br />
