-6-
Bayne: Do they grout it, too?
Chris Costa: It is a matter of personal opinion on whether they will grout it
or not. Supposedly the filter paper will allow the water to slosh in and out
and then the grouting wouldn't be necessary.
Ken: How would you get the stone in there?
Chris Costa: It would be placed with a crane. When they built the house, they
had to build a little area to get the truck in to put the septic system in. It
would be on the same idea as that. You have to build an area to bring the crane
in. You would swing around with a boom to pick the stone up and then it would
be placed.
Ken : Where would you put the crane?
Jim Milano: There is plenty of room. Shows where he has a foundation on each
lot. Shows where they could come through.
Chris Costa: Now would be a good time to do it.
Jim Alila.no: It is all clear. It is not landscaped or anything and they could
drive a crane down there without any problem.
Chris Costa: Shows the area where the septic system has been already and has
disturbed the ground.
Jim ;iilann: When they tore the house down that was in there before, that was
disturbed then.
Chris Costa.: If we do disturb any type of gravel or something like that, we will
design the area to be replanted.
Ken: Asks where their wall would go?
Chris Costa: The wall would come parallel with the shore line. Shows where their
is an existing stone wall on the lot next door which they would like to connect
the wall right to it.
Wayne: Do you have to build part of this wall over the property line, Chris?
Chris Costa.: I am not sure. We haven't done any site work yet. If it is a matter
of going over the property line, obviously, we would have to get permission from
the person next door. If it does go over the property line (just by observation),
I would say it would be a matter of a few feet.
Ken: How wide would the way be?
Chris Costa: The depth of it would be two to three feet. We would really like
I
o see you on it.
Wp yne: If there was a substitute wall, it would be setter.
Chris Costa: This seems to be the most pleasing to the eye.
Mayne: Asks about the dock?
Peuline: Advises them that the dock would have to be a separate filing.
