TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> A meeting was held on &p-r 1, 1972, at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall at 8:00 P.M. <br /> Members in Attendance: <br /> Richardson .zonas <br /> Joseph Delaney <br /> William Lehmann <br /> Members Absent: <br /> Earle Marsters <br /> Arthur Koch <br /> A public hearing was held on a subdivision of land on Paddock Way <br /> in Highwood for New Seabury Corporation.. No opposition was shown and <br /> the plan was tentatively approved. <br /> Mr. William Nye submitted a definitive plan of the subdivision <br /> called Conaumet Highlands off South Sandwich Road. The board requested <br /> that lots 19, 20, 25, and 26 be set aside for a recreation and common <br /> area. A public hearing was scheduled for April 5, 1972. Mr. Nye <br /> took the linens back to revise them and will deliver them along with <br /> the profiles at the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Ferdinand Scaglione, Jr. , owner of a parcel of land consisting <br /> of 2 1/2 acres in the .john's Pond area had Jack Doyle submit an approval <br /> not required plan of his land. The plan was signed. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Earle Marsters, Chairman <br />
