TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> A meeting was held on January 19, 1972, at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall at 8:00 P.M. <br /> Members in Attendance <br /> Earle Marsters, Chairman <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> Joesph Delaney <br /> Members Absent <br /> Arthur Koch <br /> William Lehmann <br /> At the last meeting Mr. Niven was given permission to file <br /> a bond which would replace the convenant on his subdivision. He <br /> subsequently filed the bond with the 'Town Counsel, however, the Town <br /> Counsel only released 3 lots from the convenant. Therefore, the <br /> Planning Board signed a convenant release including all the remaining - <br /> lots in the subdivision. <br /> Mr. Jonathan Fitch submitted a preliminary plan of a cluster <br /> zoning proposal off Mashpee Neck Road. The plan included 38 <br /> lots and was given approval by the board on the condition that <br /> the Cul--Te--Sacs be increased to 50 foot radius. <br /> Mr. Anthony Bexley outlined the proposed park area that will be <br /> shown on Mr. LaPio's definitive plan for his subdivision located between <br /> Cotuit and South Sandwich roads. The board insisted on increasing the <br /> park area by 2 lots and Mr. Bexley agreed. <br /> The board developed next years budget to be submitted to the <br /> Finance Committee. . <br />
