TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD
i
A meeting was held on November 17, 1971, at Mashpee Town
Hall at 10:15 P.M.
Members in Attendance
Earle Marsters, Chairman
Joesph Delaney
Richardson Jonas
William Lehmann
Members Absent:
Arthur Koch .
The starting time of the regular meeting was delayed
so that the board could attend the public hearing on the
South Cape beach called by the Selectmen.
Mr. Donald Blakeman submitted several proposed
changes in his subdivision for the consideration of the Planning
Board. The board informed him that any changes would have to be
included on a revised definitive plan and submitted in
accordance with normal procedures. He was also told that if he
is to pave only a portion of the roads then dead ends would
require the construction of a temporary turnaround with a
minimum 60 foot diameter.
Releases for several additional lots at Cotuit
Corners were signed for Mr. John Umina. Currently there are
still 7 lots for which releases have not been signed and
these are considered adequate to cover the cost of installing
road bounds which is the only remaining item to be completed.
The board unanimously recommended Mr. William Lehmann
as a replacement on the board for Mr. Thomas Saunders. The
Board of Selectmen granted approval of our choice and
Mr. Lehmann was sworn in.
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
Earle Marsters, Chairman
