TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD
A meeting was held on October 6, 1971, at Mashpee Town
Hall at 8:00 P.M.
Members in Attendance:
Earle Marsters, Chairman
Joseph Delaney
Richardson ,Yonas
Members Absent:
Thomas Saunders
Arthur Koch
Mr. David Niven asked permission to place a large rock with an
inscription of the subdivision name in the island area of the entrance lot
in the town easement. The board gave verbal o.k..
He also left copies of the profile plans and will add another
leaching basin adjacent to the beach area.
Mr. George Morrison submitted a plan of approval not required for
Mrs. Louise Hines. This plan was for a lot in .an old subdivision
dated 1962 for which the roads have not been constructed. Approval
not required was given by the board on the original for this plan
and dated 1968. The board took the plan under advisement and will
inform Mr. Morrison of the findings at our next meeting.
Mr. Donald Blakeman delivered his profile plan along with a letter
from Mr. Savory. However the letter did not grant approval therefore
the board requested that he correct the profiles to include additional
leaching basins and berms and that he attain a new letter from Mr.
Savory showing an unconditional approval. The original subdivision
plan was signed and given to Mr. Blakeman.
Mr. Jerry Umina submitted a duplicate original linen plan of Cotuit
Corners which was signed by the board and dated as of the original
approval.
