TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD
A meeting was held on September 15, 1971, at Mashpee Town
Hall at 8:00 P.M.
Members in Attendance:
Earle Marsters, Chairman
Joseph Delaney
Richardson Jonas
Thomas Saunders
Members Absent:
Arthur Koch
A public hearing was held on a subdivision owned by Leonard
Peck and located on Shoe String Bay. Mr. Peck delivered a revised
definitive plan as previously required by the board. No opposition
was presented at the hearing.
A public hearing was held on the extension of Shore Drive for
New Seabury Corporation. Mr. Ogeron and Mr. Burden answered questions
of the board and Mr. Ogeron agreed to provide revised profile plans -
showing a cross section of the basins to be installed. No opposition ap-
peared at the hearing.
Richard Zienneau picked up an approval not required plan that
had been submitted by Jack Doyle previously. It covered a piece of
marshland on Great Flat Pond. No action had been taken by the board
and Mr. Zienneau simply wanted to withdraw the plan.
Allen Taylor submitted a definitive plan for Richard LaTouche's
subdivision. However, he withdrew the plan after the board informed him
that the plan would be disapproved unless lot 34 was reserved for a
green area as recommended at the preliminary hearing.
