TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> A meeting was held on September 1, 1971, at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall. at 8:00 P.M. <br /> Members in Attendance: <br /> Earle Marsters, Chairman <br /> Joseph Delaney <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> Members Absent: <br /> Thomas Saunders <br /> Arthur Koch <br /> Apublic meeting was held on the Santuit Pond Estates sub- <br /> division owned by Donald Blakeman. Several persons attended and asked <br /> questions. The answers were supplied by Mr. Blakeman and there appeared <br /> to be no opposition. Prior to receiving approval of the definitive plan, <br /> Mr. Blakeman will deliver profile plans approved by the Town Engineer. <br /> f <br /> Mrs. Zena Nemetz owner of Santuit Park appeared to discuss the <br /> problems i olved in road construction. She promised to provide "as <br /> construct" profile plans for the next meeting and will also arrange to <br /> have her letter of credit extended until November 30 before the next meeting <br /> Clara Keliin.ui presented a plan for George G. and Charles B. <br /> McKinney under approval not required, for a road on Peters Road. The <br /> plan was approved and Mrs. McKinney will mail 2 copies of the plan to the <br /> board. <br /> Russell Mohr appeared for Jack Doyle and submitted a plan of <br /> approval not required for Chester A. Wright, for land on Great Flat <br /> Pond. The Board decided to withold approval until it could check <br /> the requirements for approval not required before signing. Mr. George <br /> Benway submitted a plan for Mr. George P. Wisemen, ET UX of approval <br /> not required, combining 2 lots (12 & 13) off Popponesset Bay. The <br /> plan was approved. <br />
