Town of Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Meeting held at Mashpee Town Hall on May 19, 1971, <br /> at 8:00 P.M. <br /> Present: Messrs: Richardson Jonas Chairman, Joseph Delaney, <br /> Arthur Koch, Thomas Saunders and Earle Marsters - <br /> Clerk <br /> Mr. Whitney submitted a revised plan of Mashpee Shores <br /> showing a revision in the easement to the flume. <br /> Mr. Killorin requested that he be allowed to substitute <br /> a bond for his covenant so that he could sell several lots. The <br /> bond was accepted and release was granted. <br /> C. Frank Whiting of Cape Cod Survey Consultants submitted <br /> a plan for Approval Not Required of two parcels of land off Orchard <br /> Road, one of 11 acres and the other of 1 acre - signed. <br /> Robert Yantiss of Barnstable Survey Consultants, Inc. <br /> submitted a preliminary plan for William J. Marsters showing 46 lots <br /> located off Simon Narrows Road. <br /> Charles Maher submitted a plan for Approval Not Required of <br /> a drainage easement off Greensward Road - signed. <br /> Also submitted a plan transferring a section of Lot 552 off <br /> Troon Knob, to the adjacent land of New Seabury - Approval Not Required. <br /> Mr. Delaney submitted a copy of a plan of the proposed C <br /> & V sub station at the corner of Orchard Road and Route 28. He <br /> stated that the C & V agreed not to construct anything else on the <br /> lot at the hearing. <br />
