Town. of Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Meeting held at Mashpee Town Hall on February 3, 1971, <br /> at 8:10 P.M. <br /> Present: Messrs: Richardson Jonas - Chairman, Arthur Koch, <br /> Joseph Delaney, Thomas Saunders -- part time, and <br /> Earle Marsters -- Clerk <br /> Mr. Newell Snow presented a preliminary plan for Donald <br /> Blakeman of a proposed subdivision of 160 lots on Santuit Pond. <br /> Suggested changes included: <br /> 1. Change radius of Cul de Sacs to 60' with 75' <br /> frontage. <br /> 2. Increase beach area. <br /> 3. Show profiles of walkways. <br /> Mr. Whitney presented a preliminary plan for Zi Realty <br /> Trust (John Umina) of a proposed subdivision of 54 Lots on the <br /> West side of Mashpee Pond. <br /> Mr. Whitney presented a preliminary plan for the exten- <br /> sion of Cross Road for New Seabury Corporation. Suggested changes <br /> included: <br /> 1. Add a turnaround at the end of the road. <br /> 2. Show drain in existing road. <br /> Mr. Whitney submitted a preliminary plan for New Seabury <br /> Corporation of a proposed subdivision of land on Nantucket Sound. <br /> The board discussed the plan and indicated its disapproval because <br /> the access way shown was not public nor was it adequate or safe. <br /> A letter stating the Board's rejection will be forwarded to the New <br /> Seabury Corporation. <br /> Mr. Whitney submitted a plan under "Approval Not Required" <br /> of a revised land court layout caused by the taking of Great Oak <br /> Road, corner of Red Brook Road and Great Oak Road (Lot #3A, 28,900 <br /> square feet.) <br />
