i <br /> 1 IASUPEE COUNCIL ON AGrNG MINUTES JULY 13, 2011 <br /> Present: Arthur Eisenberg, Maryjo Dorney, Jack Jordan, Jeanne Noussee, Virginia McIntyre, <br /> Norah McCornmicl , Jim Dong,Lynne Waterman. <br /> Absent: Jack Dorsey, Irving Goldberg <br /> Acting Chair Jeanne Noussee opened the meeting at :30AM in the Senior Center Conference <br /> Room. <br /> Secreta; 's_Rgport., The Minutes of May 11, 2011 were moved by Jean Noussee, seconded by <br /> Virginia McIntyre. A roll call vote was then. All Yes. <br /> Public C mnwnt Nothing to report. <br /> Treasurer's r .- Jim presented an updated budget report. The operating budget for FY2011 <br /> is completed and underspent due to the Formula Grant bung used to back up energy expenses <br /> and the salary account underspent. There were lower clerical expenses and no vacation benefits. <br /> We are able to use volunteers. we shifted the excess to the donation account. we have $650 to <br /> pay for the Health Expo. We plan to spend the remainder. we are looking into the best way to <br /> fund a custodian,perhaps using Town Funds, if possible. ' <br /> .Director-'s Report:Jim Dong distributed his Report, reviewed each item, and answered <br /> questions. <br /> Outreach Coordinator's ort: Lynne Waterman distributed her report, reviewed each item, <br /> and answered questions. <br /> volunteer Assistant Repan. Lynne Waterman distributed this report. <br /> OD BUSINESS <br /> There is one vacancy on the Board, and Jim Coag is looking for nonminations to fill this vacancy. <br /> It was suggested that we nominate a person from Attorney Pat Mello's office. <br /> MOTION: Norah moved to nominate an attorney from Pat Mello's office,Jean Noussee <br /> ee <br /> seconded. A roll call vote was taken. All Yes, <br /> Jack Jordan and Maryjo Dorney will need to renew their term with the Town Clerk. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> TaxAbatementPIggramo Jim reported we have filled 31 of the 33 openings. Candidates are <br /> offered $600 @$8.00 hour, 75 hours, in any department at Town Hall. There are no income <br /> restrictions. <br />
