The date of the vacancy is July 1 201. • <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the Position vacancy Request <br /> for Maintenance Worker to the DPW at Step I of the intended pay scale. <br /> Notion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Richardson,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes selectman Taylor,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes opposed,none <br /> APPOINTMENTS &HEAERiGS. <br /> Publiq Hearing—Siena—Alteration of Premises: <br /> Acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashp e,the Board of <br /> Selectmen opened the Public Dearing on the liquor license application of Better <br /> Food ILC,d/b/a Siena, 17 Steeple Street,Mashpee Commons to alter the <br /> prenuse as follows:s: Increase Outside Seating from 52 seats to 73 seasonal Seats. <br /> The Hearing notice was read into the record for informational purposes. Graham <br /> Silgan, Owner was 'n attendance to discuss his proposed to place seasonal, <br /> temporary chairs and tables in the outdoor space at Siena Restaurant. <br /> Fire Chief George Baker was in attendance to review this matter with members of <br /> the Board of Selectmen. Chief Baker recommended the Board approve the <br /> alteration of premises contingent upon the installation of a dire-suppression system <br /> in the archway. <br /> Mr. Sillima,n indicated he is*un agre�nent and has contracted the work to be done <br /> by Yankee Spr xl ler tomorrow. Five dry sprinkler heads are proposed. <br /> It was agreed the seating capacity would not exceed 220. It was noted the upstairs <br /> of the Mena facility is only used during the summer when there is inclement <br /> weather. Mr. Sillirman noted the restaurant cannot simultaneously use the patio, <br /> first floor and second floor. <br />
