Graham <br /> Silgan, Owner was 'n attendance to discuss his proposed to place seasonal, <br /> temporary chairs and tables in the outdoor space at Siena Restaurant. <br /> Fire Chief George Baker was in attendance to review this matter with members of <br /> the Board of Selectmen. Chief Baker recommended the Board approve the <br /> alteration of premises contingent upon the installation of a dire-suppression system <br /> in the archway. <br /> Mr. Sillima,n indicated he is*un agre�nent and has contracted the work to be done <br /> by Yankee Spr xl ler tomorrow. Five dry sprinkler heads are proposed. <br /> It was agreed the seating capacity would not exceed 220. It was noted the upstairs <br /> of the Mena facility is only used during the summer when there is inclement <br /> weather. Mr. Sillirman noted the restaurant cannot simultaneously use the patio, <br /> first floor and second floor. <br />
