i Finance Committee March 19 , 1986 Page 3 : The Finance Committee agreed that this request was a step in the right direction as far .as getting started on the heating problems at the station . The request was approved and forwarded to the Selectmen . The Finance Committee requested a me ting of the Selectmen , Police Chief , Harbormaster', and a representative of the Inland Coastal Waterways to discuss the patrol of Mashpee waterways . The Finance Committee is seeking to clarify who is responsible for the rules and regulations of these waterways . The meeting was scheduled for Tuesday , March 25 , at 6 p . m. . # The Board Secretary was requested to contact individuals involved . In addition to the above scheduled meeting , the Finance w Committee scheduled the following . Tuesday March 25 : : 30 p . m. Shellfish Commission to discuss inventory list and propagation expense i p . m. Wendy Rubin , Park & Recreation to discuss Articles on the Annual Town Meeting Warrant Wednesday March 26 - 6 p . m.. . Frnie virgillo , Director DPW to discuss Articles on the Annual. Town Meeting Warrant 30 p . m. Thomas Fudala , Town Planner to discuss Articles on the Annual Town Meeting Warrant The Board Secretary was requested to inform these individuals f the scheduled meetings , letter was also forwarded to , the,--Assessors . stating .that the Finance Committe would like to avoid having more than one account for out-of-state travel . The Committee recommended the elimination of the out-of-state travel expense , $3 , 000 , from the Assessors FY87 budget. , The Finance Committee increased the amount of out-of-state travel to $5 , 000 000 ori the Selectmen ' s budget . Executive Secretary , Joseph Murphy , said that they were aware of the Assessors ' request and funds were available . The meeting adjourned at 8: 30 p . m .
