(PAP) <br /> Administrative Secretary Salary - $13,178.55, corrected to $12,853.75 <br /> Firefighters Salary - $226,468.64, corrected to $226,458.64 (contractural) <br /> Wade ACoount $168,718.35 <br /> Expense Account - $78,145.67 (40 increase) <br /> Wage Account <br /> EM'S Paramedic Differential. $15,400 <br /> EMS/Recertification $5522.75 <br /> Holiday Pay $7,013--60 <br /> Holiday Compensation $2235.42 <br /> Longevity $1650 <br /> Education Incentive $2500 - all of the above items are contractural. <br /> Organizational Development - $6572.97. Calculation was incorrect; corrected <br /> to $1640 for 2 meetings per month ( Lt. h urs meetinq at $11.39) . Total corrected <br /> to read $2754.92. The Finance Committee suggested cutting the meetings t . once <br /> a month. <br /> Vacation Coverage $56,081.00. The committee felt that the vacation schedule <br /> should be changed to allow one person, per shift, for a maximum of weeks vacation <br /> during peak period mid June to mid September. The Chief will recalculate request <br /> and reorganize vacation schedule and will meet with the committee again on <br /> March 28. <br /> Personal Day Coverage - $2493.12 to maintain full shift coverage during peak <br /> time and minimum coverage for 9 months. <br /> Sick Coverage $10,889 for the same period of time .as described above. <br /> Career recall $44,615.72.
