Chairman,Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Dom <br /> DeBarros, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. Gould <br /> were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. Ron Bonvic <br /> was absent. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairman Jonathan Furbush announced that the meeting was being televised live on <br /> Mashpee TV. Mr. Furbush introduced and welcomed Sharon Sangeleer as the newest <br /> Associate Board Member. Mr. Furbush read the Selectmen's letter to Sharon into the <br /> record. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Mr. Furbush announced that he was stepping down from this hearing. Sitting on this <br /> hearing was Vice Chairman Bill Blaisdell as Acting Chairman, the two regular Board <br /> Members and two Associate Board Members. <br /> Mr. Furbush announced he was stepping down from the continued bearing. He announced <br /> to the audience that because of the attendance for this hearing,the Board will only listen to <br /> the request of the applicant, and asked the audience to limit all comments, questions, and <br /> concerns to these requests. The Board will not entertain any requests outside the Board's <br /> prevue of zoning. <br /> 29 Overlook Knoll Road: Owners, Frederick J. and Linda Naddaff request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family dwelling <br /> and deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District and the Popponesset Overlay <br /> District, (Map 118 Parcel 33),Mashpee, MA.
