Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health approve the design plan for 14 Kim Path with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. A %" weep hole be placed above and below the check valve. <br /> 2. The engineer specify the outlet tee filter. <br /> Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Sanitary Code Violations and Fines: 133 Quinaquisset Avenue. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that this hearing has been continued from September 7, 2017, in order to perform <br /> another inspection at 133 Quinaquisset Avenue. All three violations were corrected, completed, and verified by <br /> Veronica Warden, the Assistant Health Agent. <br /> Mallory Langler commented the only matter left to discuss is the fines. Five inspections were performed at 133 <br /> Quinaquisset Avenue. The Board reviewed the issue and felt that a $500 fine is appropriate to cover the Health <br /> Agent's time. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health reduce the fines for the property at 133 Quinaquisset <br /> Avenue to $500. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 2. Review of Compliance for Occupancy List Violation: Lakeside Estates. <br /> Glen Harrington requested to continue discussion for Review of Compliance for the Occupancy List Violation at <br /> Lakeside Estates to the November 2, 2017, Board of Health meeting. Mr. Harrington would prefer to have <br /> Attorney Brian Wall present for the discussion. <br /> 3. Sanitary Code Violations and Fines: 4 Tri-Town Circle. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Attorney Brian Wall requested to continue discussion on 4 Tri-Town Circle to <br /> the November 2, 2017, Board of Health meeting. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health continue discussion on 4 Tri-Town Circle to the <br /> November 2, 2017, Board of Health meeting. The Cape Cod Regional Tobacco Agreement Approval. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health add the Cape Cod Regional Tobacco Agreement <br /> Approval to the agenda. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel recommended that the Board of Health review and accept the Cape Cod Regional Tobacco <br /> Agreement. Bob Collette and the Tobacco Control Program would like to meet with Mashpee Board of Health <br /> after the first of the year to revise and amend the Board of Health regulations. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health accept the agreement from the Cape Cod Tobacco <br /> Control Program. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> _ OIS�USS10N <br /> 1. Seasonal Flu Clinic—October 16, 2017. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that the Seasonal Flu Clinic will take place on Monday, October 16, 2017, at Christ <br /> the King Parish Hall from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. During this time Mr. Harrington will also be handling the site <br /> activation drill for the emergency dispensing site. This drill requires the responders to appear.at the site within <br /> a two-hour time frame. <br /> 4 <br />
