Meeting for the disposal of the two properties, the Affordable Housing Committee felt the RFP <br /> should be published. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Habitat ZBA Meeting <br /> The Chair announced that Habitat would be meeting with the ZBA on February l l at 6 p.m. to discuss <br /> their two projects. The Chair will be in attendance. Habitat will be the last two items on the agenda. <br /> New Member for Committee <br /> Bruce Willard was in attendance and would be considered for AHC membership at the next Board of <br /> Selectmen's meeting. Mr. Willard is a former school superintendent and a Board Member at <br /> Quashnet Valley Estates. <br /> EDUCATION/MARKETING <br /> Cape Housing Forum's on TV-Mashpee TV was offering a PSA Day where various groups could <br /> provide information in order to create a PSA to be aired on cable t.v. There was discussion about <br /> information that could be shared, such as affordable housing statistics. The Chair indicated that he <br /> would bring his PowerPoint presentation. <br /> WAMPANOAG TRIBE UPDATE <br /> Ms. Stone reported that the MOU contract for utilities had been finalized and in the next stage, the <br /> final road covering was anticipated for the summer. The Tribe was seeking funding for the units. <br /> Additionally, the Tribe was awaiting final word on the land in trust and most recently a FEIS had been <br /> completed. Also, there will soon be a Tribal election with 6 open seats. <br /> NEWS <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> OTHER BUSINESS NOT ANTICIPATED <br /> The Chair expressed interest in having the AHC website updated. Selectman Richardson stated that he <br /> would contact Tom Mayo. The Chair indicated that he had contacted Joyce Mason about having the <br /> BOS submit a letter of gratitude to Kalliope Egloff, Selectman Richardson made note of the request. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting will be March 3 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mr. Johnson made a motion to adjourn.
