Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 11, 2003, and April <br /> 1 , 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A. Public Nearing was held' n the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 28, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Felson, Edward Govoni, and <br /> Marshall Brerrr. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laves Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee ZoningBy-laws. <br /> David Sanicpi from Cape & Islands Engineering, represented the petitioner. Mr. <br /> Granfield is seeping a Special Permit in order to remove an existing deck and continue <br /> the process of licensing his pier, ramp and float. Petitioner entered into the arnne try <br /> program in 1990. The state thea asked him to go back to the Toon and get the local <br /> approvals from Conservation Commission and the Zoning Board ofAppeals.
