Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the'To vn of Mashpee, on April 11, 2003 andp ril <br /> 18, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. - <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Rall on <br /> Wednesday, April 23, 2003 and continued to May 14, 2003, at which time the following <br /> members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James <br /> Regan, Richard Guerrera and Robert Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee pee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Daws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Michael Grot l e, The Phoenix Group, P.C. represented the petitioners.
