Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Trines, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 11, 2003 and April <br /> M 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 28, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> f Appeals were present and actingthroughout.- Edward Govoni, Marshall Brea and <br /> Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board ofAppeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee ZoningBy-laws. <br /> David Saniel i from Cape & Islands Engineering, represented the petitioner. Mr. <br /> Cranfield is seeking a Variance in order to build a landing with stairs, an addition to an <br /> existing house that will be 42 feet from the wetlands and a shed.. This cantilevered <br /> telephone pole structure is pre-existing and they are following up on it. No neighbors <br /> have any problems with this.
