Schaaf for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-25.A.8 of the ZoningBy-laws to legalize an accessory structure to the <br /> existing dwelling onp roperty located in an R-5 zoning district at 2 Musket Dane (Map <br /> 96 Parcel 97 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laves Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> newspaper ofgeneral circulation in the Town of Mashpee, May 2, 2003 and May 9, 2003 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Nearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Fall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board ofeals resent, and acting throughout: Marshall rem, Zella Eli enberry <br /> pp were p <br /> and Richard Gerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions ofMassachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee ZoningBy-laws. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 62 Musket Farre and contains 11,000 square <br /> feet. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> 174-2 . .8 of the Zoning -laves states: <br /> "Conversion of an existing dwelling to accommodate not more than two 2 families, <br /> provided that there 1s not external evidence of occupancyby more than one 1) family, <br />
