Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise,, a <br /> newspaper_of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, May 2, 2003 and May 9, 2003 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 2003 at which time the following members of'the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson, and <br /> Zlla Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee zoningBy-laws. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 315 South Sandwich Road and contains <br /> 12,504 square feet. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> 174-2 .A.8 of the ZoningBy-laws states: <br /> "Conversion of an existing dwelling to accommodate not more than two 2 families, <br /> provided that there is not external evidence of occupancy by more than one 1 family, <br />
