Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May S , 2003 and June 6, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 11, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert rt Nel on, Marshall rem and James <br /> Regan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Mas General Laws, Chapter 4 , Section 1 o and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning -laws. <br /> Paul Felly represented himself a this hearing. He is seeking a variance from the <br /> setback requirements in order to build a 24'x24' detached garage on his property. There <br /> are several abutters that are unhappy with the mess in his card and all of the cars that he <br /> parks there. Mr. Felly submits several affidavits signed by abutting neighbors that <br /> support his project. After sorra discussion with the abutters, the Board would like the <br /> pp <br /> and cleanedp and move to grant a 14.9 foot variance on the southeasterly side and a <br /> 19.9 foot variance in the front card. <br />
