Eldh for a Variance from <br /> Sections 1'74-31 and 174- 3 o f the Zoning B y-lags for permi s si on to vary the setback <br /> requirements to the wetlands and landspace requirements i order build a 4' x 41' <br /> addition and garage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 172 Daniel's Island <br /> Road Flap 100 Parcel 1 Mhp , ILIA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 4A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town ofIMashpee,.on May 30, 2003 and Jure 6, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Fall on <br /> Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at which time the foflowing members of the Zoning .rl of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, Edward Govoni and James <br /> Regan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Ma hp e ZoningBy-laws. <br /> John Slavinsl y of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. I� is <br /> seeking a variance to the wetlands and for lot coverage. The proposed addition was <br /> previously granted a variance, however, the petitioner's retirement plans were put on <br /> hold for 10 years or s . They areg <br /> lin a 4 foot variance to the wetlands, 18 feet in <br /> the front, 3.5 feet in the north side and 19%variance on lot coverage to the uplands only. <br /> There will be a new septic system installed as well. The Board moves to grant these <br /> variances. <br />
