Notice was given by publication In The Mashpee Enterprise, a. <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, May 30, 2003 and June 6, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Dearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Ton Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 11, 2003 and continued to June 2 , 2003, at which time the following <br /> members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert <br /> Nelson, Richard Currera and Marshall Brenn. <br /> The Mashpee ,honing Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of x <br /> Mashpee Zoning -laves. <br /> Margaret Fitzgibbon represents herself at the hearing on Jure 11, 2003 and again <br /> at this hearing. At the last hearing, Ms. Fitzgibbon gibbon sl ed for a continuance In order to <br /> provide a new design to attach the main dwelling to the detached three car garage with <br /> the bedroom above that she is currently requesting be legalized into an accessory <br /> structure. The current zoning requires the accessory structure, which is presently a <br /> detached three-car garage with a room over, to be attached to the main dwelling. IIs. <br /> Fitzgibbon has presented the Board with drawings showing a proposal to attach the <br /> structures. The Board is In agreement with the renderings and she will move forward <br /> with finished arc itectural drawings. The Board mores to grant the Special Permit <br /> conditioned on the finished drawings berg submitted to the Board No construction shall <br /> commence prior to drawings being submitted to the Board. <br />
