Ito <br /> Town o Mashpee <br /> ,a� ��' IIw� P ZONING A PPL <br /> AMassachusetts 2 <br /> DECISION FOR VARIANCE <br /> Re: Scott Goldstein 37 Amos Landing Road <br /> Map 82 Parcel 42 <br /> v—o3 - 9 <br /> Petition was Bled on May 27, 2003 by Scott Goldstein for a variance under <br /> Section 174-3I of the ZoningBy-laws for permission to vary the rear setbacks in order to <br /> put a shed on property located in an -3 zoning district at 37 Amos Landing Road (Map <br /> 2 Parcel 42 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts general <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 30, 2003 and Jure 6, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearing was Meld on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, Jure 11, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Edward Govoni and Jaynes <br /> Regan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee ZoningBy-laws. <br /> Dorene Goldstein represented her husband, the Petitioner, at this hearing. She <br /> informed the Board that they have recently installed a 17' x 39' in-ground pool and <br /> would like to put up a sled. However, due to the shape of their lot, they are seeking a 15 <br /> - <br /> foot variance to put the shed on the lot lire. Mussell Wheeler, the Building Inspector, <br /> informs the Board that they must be at least three feet off the lot line. The Board also <br /> requires a letter from the New Seabury Association supporting the proposal. The hoard <br /> moves to.grant the variance of 1 2 feet. <br />
