Notice was given by publication in The-I ashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashp e, May 30, 2003 and June 6, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Nearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpce Town Mall on <br /> Wednesday, November 13, 2002, at which time the following members ers of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert ert Nelson and <br /> Edward Govoni. <br /> The Mashp e Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning -laws. <br /> Jared Fest represented himself at this hearing, Mr. West was previously denied a <br /> Special Permit for an accessory structure. However, Marshall Brenn informed Mr. West <br /> that he was misinformed as to the criteria of an accessory structure and due to all of the <br /> "gray" area regarding this -lav he states that he should not have denied the permit, thus <br /> the reason Mr. West is before the Board again. The Board discusses the criteria with Mr. <br /> West and several interested parties in the audience.
