1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 10, 2003 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Actin Police Chief—MPS SoftwareAgreement: <br /> Al Todino, Acting Police Chief was present to discuss the $20,500 grant <br /> to upgrade computer software under the Focal Law Enforcement Public <br /> Safety Equipment grant program. <br /> Of particular concern was an-agreement in the amount of$14,925 Per year <br /> between Information Management Corporation for a ten-year <br /> maintenance/support charge agreement. <br /> The Selectmen requested that a letter be obtained in detail outlining the <br /> MPS Software Agreement to depict payment schedule, and commitment to <br /> a orae-year agreement that would be subject to funding availability. In <br /> addition, the components of the $20,500 gram were requested to be <br /> disclosed. <br /> The matter was tabled and will appear on the.Selectmen's agenda of <br /> February 2 , 20o3. <br /> NEW BUKNESS: <br /> Recommendation for Apo trent—Historical,Commission: <br /> Correspondence was received from Ann Whitlow; Ma.shpee Historical <br /> Comnmi sion dated February 5, 2003 recommend ing Lee Gurney for <br /> appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to appoint Lee Gurney to the <br /> Ma tepee Historical Commission as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unaninmou . 4-0. <br />
