1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 10, 2003 <br /> NEW BUSINESS,- <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—Board of Appeals: <br /> Correspondence was received from Frederick R. Borgeson dated January <br /> 225 2003 requesting the Selectmen approve his resignation from the Board <br /> of Appeals. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept the resignation of <br /> r'ederick R. Borgeson from the Board of Appeals with regret. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4- , <br /> Revise Policy for Liquor License Molders: <br /> New v guidelines for Common victualer, fnnholders, and General-Alcoholic <br /> Licenses were presented to the Selectmen for review and approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept the new guidelines for <br /> Common victualer, Innholders, and General Alcoholic Licenses as <br /> presented. <br /> Motions seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained, <br /> e jest for Matemit Leave; Trea urer"s Office/Accounting: <br /> Lotion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the maternity leave <br /> request of Jennifer Thomas and Dawn Thayer to run concurrent with <br /> family medical leave. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
