4 <br /> 5 <br /> Board ofSelectmen r <br /> Minutes <br /> February 2 , Zoo <br /> APPOINTMENTS TMENTS ANS] HEARINGS: <br /> Budget Review, (continued) <br /> 1t was noted that the road bond issue in the amount of$1 141 X500 would <br /> require a debt exclusion vote. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Reveille to indefinitely postpone any <br /> recommendation for a road bond issue at this time. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: -I, Lotion carries. <br /> Selectman Taylor in opposition. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Con i iunity Builders—Asher's Path Senior Housln <br /> Leila Botsford, Mashpee Housing Authority was present with Jon Juhl, <br /> Senior ProJeet Manager er of Community Builders and d Nunes, architect <br /> to discuss the proposal to develop 56 units of affordable senior housing on <br /> a 6.34 acre parcel of land being leased from the 1lashpee Dousing <br /> Authority. <br /> The Board of Selectmen was requested to support the affordable housing <br /> development, and present a letter of endorsement to be included in the <br /> HUD Section 202 financing application. <br /> prelirinary set of plans of the proposed typical unit layout, building <br /> elevations, parking and overall site plan was disclosed. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Asher's Path <br /> Affordable Senior Housing project between the Mashpee Affordable <br /> Housing Trust,Inc. and The Community Builders, Inc. in concept, <br /> and submit a letter of support for their affordable senior housing <br /> application as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman 1larsters, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
