Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 2 , Zoo <br /> APPOWTME TS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Change.of liana er: <br /> New Seabury Country Club Po nesset Inn: <br /> 5 <br /> Selectman Levellle stepped down for the above agenda topic issue. <br /> The Selectmen were in receipt of a request from the New Seabury Country <br /> Club and Popponesset Inn for a Change of Manager to be named on the <br /> respective establishments' liquor licenses. <br /> Stephen T. Brennan, applicant for appointment was present for discussion. <br /> It was noted that all necessary paperwork is in order for the Selectmen's <br /> approval, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cabalane to approve the.Change o <br /> Manager licensee, New Seabury Resource Management,Inc. d/b/a <br /> New Seabury Country Club and d/b/a o pon sset Inn to Stephen T. <br /> Brennan,Manager. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent for vote. <br /> Leisure Services—Beach Sticker Fees: <br /> Crus Frederick, Leisure Services Director presented amendments to the <br /> beach sticker rates for the upcoming season. The proposals were outlined <br /> in a memorandum addressed to the Board dated March rch 1 , 200 3. <br /> The resident beach sticker rate is proposed to be increased from$15 to <br /> $20. The portable beach parking sticker is proposed to be increased from <br /> o to $ o. An ire-depth discussion followed with respect to the use and <br /> related crates of portable beach parking stickers. It was agreed that this <br /> issue would be addressed for future years. <br /> In Mr. Frederick's proposal, beach parking stickers would be required at <br /> all Toga, boat landings. In response, the Selectmen agreed to develop <br /> Policy in accordance with the Self Help grant funding iritxatives. <br />
