There <br /> was consensus that the report was encouraging but more information was anticipated from Friday's meeting. <br /> The Chair will email results of the meeting to Committee members. <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> It was suggested that Mashpee Commons be invited to attend the next meeting to determine whether they would <br /> be producing affordable housing by next year. There was discussion about the challenge of financing <br /> affordable housing, as well as the Wampanoag housing project. <br /> Affordable Housing Trust <br /> No update reported. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Plans for the Committee <br /> Chairman Abbott noted that the Affordable Housing Production Plan was good for now but would require an <br /> update after data received from the next census was available. <br /> EDUCATION/MARKETING <br /> Articles appeared in the Enterprise and were distributed to Committee members. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> The Chair indicated that there was no further word regarding the affordable housing at Bridges of Mashpee <br /> being counted toward Mashpee's percentage. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting will be Tuesday, January 5 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mr. Isbitz made a motion to adjourn.
