Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 9. 2003 <br /> APP WTMENT S AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Headng---Cemetery_Regulations: <br /> Selectman Reveille opened the Public Hearing on the revised Cemetery <br /> Regulations for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Joyce Jason, Town Administrator read aloud the Public Dearing notice as <br /> published, Ernest Virgilio, Cemetery Commission Chairman was present <br /> to discuss the proposed amendment relative to interment procedure with <br /> the Board ofSelectmen. <br /> Being no public comment,the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept the revised Cemetery <br /> Regulations as proposed by the Cemetery Commission. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. -o. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS UNICA.TIONS AN CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Office of the Assistant SecretpU of Defense—Joint Service Employer <br /> recition f . <br /> Correspondence was received from the office of the Assistant Secretary of <br /> Defense requesting attendance at the Employer Appreciation Day event to <br /> be held at the Massachusetts Military Reservation on Friday, June 20, <br /> 200 3. James Marr, Assistant Town Administrator indicated that he would <br /> -attend the ceremony on behalf of the Town of Mashpee and Board o <br /> Selectmen. <br />
