It was suggested <br /> that a cash register be placed in the office for formal documentation. <br /> Additional recommendations as noted include the clean-up of any <br /> authored and un-issued debt. <br /> Re pest for One-DLay One—Day 'amine & Malt License—Mash <br /> pee Night at the s: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic. <br /> Selectman Green presided. <br /> The Selectmen were in receipt of a request from the Mashpee Community <br /> Concert Committee dated May 16, 2003 to gram a one-day wme and malt <br /> license for the annual Mashpee Night at the Pops. The event this year will <br /> th <br /> be held on Saturday, July 2 , 2003 with a rain dated on July 2 , <br /> The concert is free and open to the public, The Mashpee Community <br /> Concert Committee is a non-profit entity and raises most of the money for <br /> this occasion through table sales in a reserved section. <br /> The Selectmen were also requested to waive all Torn fees associated to <br /> the annual event with the exception of the cost for Police and Tire <br /> personnel. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to approve the request of the <br /> Mashpee Community Concert Committee for a One-Day Wine and <br /> Malt License as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VO'T : Unanimous. -o. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to waive all Town fees <br /> associated with the annual Mashpee Dight at the Pops event with the <br /> exception of the cost of Police and Fire personnel. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marster . <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br />
