Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 8, 2003 <br /> COMMUNICATIONS Al CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Department of Conservation and Recreation—Otis/Jones Parcel: <br /> On behalf of the Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator announced <br /> in public forum that the Department of Conservation and Recreation, <br /> Division of State Parks and Recreation acquire an interest in a parcel of <br /> land totaling of approximately acres in the Town of Mashpee, as <br /> reflected on locus neap marked "Exhibit A." <br /> Invitation from Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod: <br /> The Town of Mashpee is scheduled to be honored by the Habitat for <br /> Humanity of Cape Cod for the Town's significant contributions to the <br /> affordable home building program on Friday, September 12, 2003 at the <br /> Council on Aging building located on Forest Road in South Yarmouth. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> DPW Director_---Snow&IceRg� ulafions: <br /> Greg Taylor, Director of Public Works presented the revised Snow &Ice <br /> Removal Policy to the Selectmen for approval. Amendments were <br /> incorporated into the do ume ,t by the Selectmen at their last meeting. It <br /> was noted that the Popponesset Beach Association received the revision. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept Policy No. 1.4, Snow <br /> Ice Removal for the Town of Mashpee effective on this date, <br /> September 8, 2003. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
