Board of Selectmen <br /> i <br /> Minutes <br /> September 8, 2003 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> DPW Director- GEM I V i la Usage: <br /> At their meeting August 18",,the Board of Selectmen voted to accept <br /> p <br /> (5) EM vehicles being offered to the Town at no cost. The vehicles were <br /> delivered, and the Selectmen discussed potential use of the vehicles by the <br /> DPW and other appropriate departments. . <br /> It was agreed that a memorandum would be submitted to all Town <br /> Departments for input and intended use options. The matter will appear <br /> on the Selectmen's agenda of September 22, 2003 for additional <br /> consideration, The Selectmen directed the Town Administrator to remit a <br /> letter of appreciation to GEM for their generous donation. <br /> Public TIe aripg-Bleu, Inc., -Annual Restaurant Liquor License: <br /> Selectman Green opened the Public Hearing on the application of Bleu, <br /> Inc., Frederic Feufeu, Manager, for an Annual Common victualler All <br /> Alcohol Restaurant license, at property described as 38Nathan Ellis <br /> Hi19 h way, I ashpee, Said license application includes Entertainment to <br /> include Sunday Jaz Brunch, <br /> Frederic Feueu, Manager of Record and President of Bleu, Inc. was <br /> present with his attorney to discuss the license application with the hoard <br /> of Selectmen. <br /> It was stated that the new liquor license application is not connected to the <br /> former licensee Southbank Co.,Inc., d/b/a Contrast. It was noted that <br /> Contrast surrendered the license to Mashpee Town lull on July 2, 2003. <br /> The Entertainment license as requested by Bleu is for Sunday brunch only <br /> from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br /> Douglas Storrs, l lashpee Commons Limited Partnership was in <br /> attendance to express support for the granting of the license to bleu, Inc. <br /> It was noted that all necessary paperwork is in order for the Selectmen's <br /> approval. <br /> Being no continent,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br />
