A brief <br /> discussion followed with respect to the potential year-round sale of liquor <br /> on Sundays. <br /> The Selectmen tools the issue under advisement. The Town Administrator <br /> was requested to bring forth additional information for additional review <br /> and consideration. <br /> Correspondence was received from Bryan Anderson, owner Andy's <br /> Market, Inc. in support for the allowance of Sunday, beer, wffie and <br /> alcohol sales in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> Acceptance of Petition from Verizon—Conduit on Great Neck Road <br /> South: <br /> The Selectmen were in receipt of Verizon petition No. 0 -514 to place 147 <br /> feet of conduit on great Neck Road South. The work is necessary to <br /> provide service to South Cape Village. Correspondence was received <br /> from Administrative Assistant Kathleen Moore slated December 8. 200 <br /> recommending approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to accept'Verizon petition No. 03- <br /> 1 o puce conduit on Great Neck Road South. <br /> Motioh seconded by Selectman Greer. � <br /> voT : Unanimous. -o. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin _-Re st for Entertainment-Bleu_: <br /> Selectman Reveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selects Green presided and opened the Hearing on the one day permit <br /> request of Frederick Feufeu, owner of Bleu for live enterta* ment on <br /> December 31, 2003. Mr. Fe feu was present to discuss the license <br /> request. <br /> Being no comment,the Selectmen motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br />
